Kardio-psyche s.r.o. specializes in internal medicine and cardiological examinations (our physicians are also affiliated with the General University Hospital in Prague and are board-certified in both internal medicine and cardiology).
The clinic focuses on addressing less commonly recognized risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD), such as long-term emotional strain related to unresolved personal, relationship, or family issues.
For Psyon clients, Kardio-psyche s.r.o. provides pre-treatment medical assessments prior to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, with a focus on evaluating medical eligibility for this type of treatment. These include a standard internal medicine examination supplemented by cardiac ultrasound (echocardiography) and ECG. If needed, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring can also be arranged.
